Listed here are the laws of Apland.
1: No guns are aloud in the nation of Apland.
2: No offensive weapons are allowed in the nation of Apland.
3: The Chancellor of Apland is Paul Mooney.
4: The Prime minester of Apland is Andrew Mooney.
5: No Antisocial behaviour.
6: No fighting, verbal or physical, is allowed.
7: No Smoking is allowed in Apland.
8: No drug use unless prescribed by a qualified doctor.
9: No public urination or excretion no matter what the cause.
10: Apland is a neutural country and therefore will not take sides in the event of war.
11: Peaceful protest are allowed in Apland but only if permited by a high ranking goverment official,ie,
Andrew Mooney (Prime Minester).
12: Should a new law need to be passed, a vote will be taken as to wether it should be excepted
in to the Apland law system, it will also be taken into consideration how this law will effect the resipients of Apland.
13: Any and all citizens (for details see blog page) in Apland, including those in goverment, must give
at least £2 or $4 to charity every month. This will be the only form of taxation in Apland but is subject to change
as a result of a democratic vote.
14: Peoples of all ages, races and countries are welcome to Apland provided the abide by these laws and
play part in taxation.
Taxation
The taxation of Lapland is very simple, for every month that you live in Apland you must provide £2 or $4 (national
equivalent) to charitys around the world. This will show that we mean peace to all nations around us. Further taxation may
be required as the country grows.
